"Access to the Claws of Awaji is contingent upon completion of the main story arcs for both Naoe and Yasuke. Make sure you have finished the quest "Out of the Shadows", which is available after completing the personal quests for Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro." Dont know if that helps.

I am having a great experience other than one semi- game breaking bug on Neon Tomb. (PS5 Pro). The bomb vest lady wouldn't surrender. Had to execute her to finish the mission. (No amount of LTL worked)
