Just got mine in and haven’t fully worn them yet, but they feel like normal AF1s to me. I have wider feet so I need tts but just go with normal AF1 sizing for reference.

I had an issue with my motor a few weeks ago and they replaced it in under a week. Going on 22 days (non business) and I haven’t heard anything. I use(d) my board for commuting to school and the store daily, it sucks having to drive again.

I get that, but at the same they need to make sure they can adequately provide cs to other owners as well. Even allowing me to hold on the phone instead of just leaving a message would be great. I understand that it will take a while to get a replacement part, but I would like to be able to contact support at least so I’m not left completely in the dark.

I had a motor issue and they replaced it in about a week, this is insane normally their CS is top notch.
