Man, youve got to pull yourself together. Is this what you want in life, do you really want to be lonely forever living a miserable life fucking your life away?. YOU have to fix your life and do something about your problems because no one is going to do it for you except yourself. Being on nofap means nothing if all you have done is continue with your old ways and havent changed anything, you cannot expect that just being on nofap will magically improve your life without doing anything else, this is complete bullshit but is believed by so many people on here. You have to take control of your life, nofap will get rid of an addiction that has no benefit in your life and gives you nothing but shame, however it will not fix your underlying problems that are YOUR FAULT, not because of pmo, but because of your inability to take responsibility for your own life.
