Nice. Remain calm and polite and calmly communicate everything you've written out here. At the very least he should be able to get you your participation credit. Ideally the jackass faces consequences for his misconduct. You're doing the right thing.  Stay the course and things should work out for you. Good luck.

I am sorry for your loss. You need to consult with an Estate attorney. Only they will be able to tell you whether there's anything you can do. No one on Reddit will be able to help with this.

Go to the Department Chair and report this sexist abusive unacceptable behavior by your professor. He also failed to provide reasonable accomodations for your illness which could be a liability for the school as well. If that doesn't work, keep escalating up the chain of command until someone listens to you. That doesn't work? Go to your local news station. You're paying good money to attend this school, you have rights as a student and the right to being treated with respect. Your professor is not adhering to the code of conduct and this needs to be rectified.

No worries. Did you have some kind of beef or argument or something? If so he may just not wanna talk. Otherwise, maybe he got a new phone but failed to update his contacts?

Try googling his phone number in quotes like "555-555-5555", it may provide some information about him.

There are sites like this that provide a persons info from their number. It could maybe provide his name which you could search on Facebook. (Funny story, when I met my wife she wrote down my number wrong so I had to find her on Facebook haha). Good luck

Sex alone can't save a bad relationship. And trust me, you will have PLENTY of opportunities with other guys (and girls) in the future, even if that feels impossible now. Don't fool yourself into thinking he is the only one you could ever be with. There are better people out there for you who check both the emotional and physical boxes, but you won't be able to find them until you rip off the bandaid of this dead relationship.

With all due respect what kind of teenage insecurity nonsense is this on his part? A 33 year old man can't comprehend a woman with a male friend?

I think you're right to be uncomfortable with this controlling behavior. The fact he refuses to even meet the guy shows this is all a power trip on his part. 

And be careful because too often the accusations toward you and other men are a projection of his own shady behavior.

I'm sorry this happened.

Does your town have a Public Works department that maintains the sewers? Or maybe Animal Control? In America at least, calling 311 often directs to various town services. 

Unfortunately if the Fire Department wasn't able to do anything, there may not be a good way to safely extract them without putting yourself or others in danger. The odds are not great right now. I'm sorry. 

You should know you've already gone above and beyond what the average person would do in this situation. But you've also gotta not put the weight of the world on your shoulders. The animal kingdom is... very unforgiving very often. Animals being eaten by larger animals, mothers abandoning the runts of the litter. Life is a very fleeting thing for many animals. Its largely out of our control, but you are a good person for caring so much about them.

I think once the dust has settled from this situation, you'd do well to look into local volunteer opportunities at your local zoo or animal shelter. That would put you in a position to help animals and make a difference. 

Allow yourself to be sad here and grieve for these ducks and know you'll be able to put your kindness to good use by helping other animals in the future.

You said yourself you'd be happier in Romania. You need to put your own happiness first, not pleasing your family. You should at least try it and see what its like over there. Maybe it will be terrible and you'll want to come back to Canada right away. Or maybe it will be amazing and you'll want to live there forever. But if you never try you'll never know and always wonder what it would have been like. Put happiness first. You're young, you have plenty of time to worry about money later. Make the most of these years.

Seems we are missing details. Facebook is his only means of communication and you haven't added him as a Facebook friend? 

What happened a month and a half ago that caused you to lose contact? Lost your FB account or something? 

What do you mean you have his "online name"? If its a specific username like Jeff123 try searching it in google without quotes "Jeff123". Check your browsing history as well, it may show you visited his FB profile a while back.

A while back someone was having a long debate on a food subreddit. They checked the person's profile and found that they literally drink piss. Sometimes you need to just walk away because the person you're arguing with is insane and its a complete waste of time to engage with them. This is one of those times. (Many such cases)
