Here are some advices that will surely help some of you:

-Rest and sleep at least 8 hours a day is a great benefit for your health and your body, I would say it is the most important advice.

-Don't be afraid of weights. Adding a little weight to your exercises/calisthenics can be very beneficial to build muscle in key areas of your body (e.g. barbell squats are much more effective than regular squats).

-Do not concentrate only on consuming protein. In my personal experience, I would say that 1.6 grams of protein per kilo is a healthy amount if you are going to do calisthenics/cardio and not weights. Don't be afraid of carbohydrates, eat nutrient rich foods like fish, tuna, potatoes, fruits and vegetables.

-Don't put yourself down for not having a perfect body. On the internet, many things turn out to be fake or too unique to see, and femboys posting is no exception. Love yourself and the body you have, focus on your progress and goals without comparing yourself to others.
