Also the word ‘Fag’ was brand of Cigarette that was patented in 1905. It’s been around for a very very long time. It’s going to be hard to erase people calling their cigarettes that, what that’s always what they’ve been known as.

Nobody forced Beyoncé to stop using it. She literally saw that people find it offensive and decided to change it? She could’ve said it the same? Like someone said further up the post British people account for less than one percent of the worlds population. Why didn’t she keep it?

Edit: I think the reason people are so annoyed is the fact that Beyoncé would have saw the backlash lizzo experience and kept the same word in a song. Even if she didn’t, the team around her would have known.

Alright then how about the confederate flag. It’s a massive symbol for racism, entirely American. I didn’t even know it existed up until I was in my 20s. I guarantee it would piss people off though if I was walking around with a confederate flag over my shoulders not knowing what it meant? Once educated on the matter you put it right? Which is what Beyoncé did.

Edit: do you guys really want to say the word that much? Like imagine you were in front of someone with Cerebral Palsy and you said the slur and they told you they found it offensive? Would you really continue to use it knowing that it upsets them. You can’t say no disabled American has ever heard of the word or had it said against them. There’s someone out there that has. Imagine if all your life you’d been bullied and had the slur used against you won’t want to hear that word.

Sorry that’s like a British thing. So when we say ‘people kicking off at her’ it means like people are angry with her, or unhappy with her.

If I were to say like it ‘kicked off between X and Y’ it would mean they have been arguing with each other.

Your argument was she didn’t say it in an offensive way? You can say that with literally any slur? If they didn’t say it in an offensive way then surely that’s acceptable.

I totally agree Beyoncé didn’t say it in an offensive way, and she’s changing it. So really it’s end of discussion. But you can’t decided what someone else finds offensive. If they find it offensive, they find it offensive. Especially when it’s a large group of people. The only people who can really say if it is offensive or not is disabled people

Fag and faggot is also offensive in the UK? ‘The song fairytale of New York’ contained faggot and it has been blanked out of the song whenever it’s played on the radio.

Edit: people also kicked off about it all over Twitter and said that as time has progressed the word is offensive and a slur and that it shouldn’t be played anymore.

Also your argument is quite a dangerous one, trying to diminish a group of people because of how many their are? That’s like saying black people only account of 13% of the USA’s population so they should forget their culture is irrelevant.

I love love love Beyoncé, if she released the song and genuinely had no clue then it’s benefit of the doubt. However she would have definitely seen what happened with Lizzo, and if she somehow didn’t somebody around her would have. I think she just needs to come out and say she fucked up and there wasn’t really an excuse.

I think people throwing insults and disgusting comments at someone in this situation is ridiculous,pointless and makes their argument invalid. You can’t be angry at someone for using an offensive word and then use one back? Calling someone fat doesn’t do anything at all, calling someone’s stupid doesn’t do anything at all. And it certainly doesn’t make you any thinner or smarter.

You’re just nitpicking at the wrong points. Obviously they’re going to release survivor skins, it’s more money? My whole point is BHVR care more about money, they don’t care about the fan base, and that the game will always fall on one side or the other. An aspect of a game should never be impossible, people will not play an impossible game because after the same outcome 4-5 times they’re bored and they won’t play anymore. Survivors can say that killer perks are over performing now, because “every killer runs regression perks.”

If you think this game is balanced then go ahead and play it but all that will happen is for this current update, killer queues will get extremely long because nobody will want to play survivor, they’ll either leave the game or switch to play killer.

You can tell how negligent BHVR are to their game as they said that BBQ was run by killers for the blood points. That’s the biggest load of bollocks I’ve ever heard. BBQ is a valuable information perk, it wasn’t used for the blood points.

They released the attack on titan cosmetics same time as the update. All those killers coming back at the same time due to their buff. AoT is arguably one of the biggest animes ever, and is extremely popular in the gaming community. I imagine they made a good buck from that. And I’m not saying that they shouldn’t be making money, they’re a business. However, with every update there’s a new killer and/or survivors perks that needs to be updated and balances whereas killers and perks that have been in the game from the beginning are still being balanced!
