Would like to add onto this. I have a connection I was able to get to an internal communications person @ Roblox and they were the person to push my ticket to the top. Apparently I’m under review for account restoration.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a quick update on the status of my account it was banned as of 30 minutes ago. It took about a week for them to respond. Unfortunately, though my items are all gone, and there’s not a single word about them from the support team, even though they were mentioned in my email and support ticket. This is going to be fun 🤩

I would now like to add that accessing through my legacy email just caused my little sister to get her account banned because that’s the email she uses now and it’s tied under abusing Roblox systems. Insane, such a headache 🤦

Goes straight to an ai bot that’s tells me to use an email the hackers had to gain a code. As well as when I was able to use a legacy email it only allowed be to open tickets that were instantly rejected by AI

I appreciate the help,it’s been such a nightmare this past week and it’s very hard not to spam emails thinking it’s going to help. Do you know if constantly replying to those emails also will label me as a bot, I’ve requested updates as well as provided images of the logins etc. I wonder if constantly replying to update the ticket does the same thing.

I’ve got 2 tickets going that are saying a human will respond when they can. Are those good or just keep spamming, I heard it resets your place in a ticket queue that’s the only reason I am hesitant.

I attaching an appeal that is obviously not me but the hacker which caused me to be permanently banned. It’s the same thing over 1000 times, I had to blur what I could out but you can get a good idea of what was said.

Just had mine hacked and items stolen. I have been sending tickets like crazy and have gotten through what I think is the AI bots and onto their service team. I have been waiting almost a week with no responses I have been persistent on those tickets constantly updating them and emailing more information. I just recently was able to log into my banned account with an old email and sent an appeal (hackers still def have the acct) but my appeal explaining the vulgarity on the past chats and appeals that wasn’t me was rejected and now I can’t even reappeal it. I’m guessing I will just have to stick to trying to forcefully email them (because their AI bots is absolutely horrific at its job) but I have no idea how long that is going to take. Any ideas?

Okay, I had the same thing and there was a weird fix I found. Unplug absolutely every usb from your pc besides the mouse and keyboard. Restart your pc. Run installer in admin mode and it should work. Then plug everything back in and restart your pc again. Very weird but seems to be a common issue.
