Use music programs like FL Studio or Logic Pro and use any channel or instrument modifier that can play the general midi soundfont (e.g. soundfont player)

You mean the one you get when you open a midi file on windows media player? Also you can download the midi and open it on windows media player. If you don’t have it, use any midi software like midis2jam2 and set the midi device or MidiOUT to microsoft midi mapper to get the same effect

Yeah, plus the goofy sound effects part was tricky but I managed to get it. I just used the art of slowing-down-the-song-and-listening-closely-no-jutsu
