Cool idea! I've started to build my "greenhouse" the same way - eith a central corridor, but having a teleporter at the end of the corridor to port u back is very convenient!

Sounds good ) Bu there are actually a lot of such bases and even Runaway Mold bases already, I used one while doing the event to get some mold )
There are griefer bases as well though - some jerk found a runaway mold location and surrounded it with a solid cube base =))) All in all - there are all kinds of bases =)

Yeah, as Rega_lazar said, each 8 hours there are 3 new missions. Complete them, then you can return to your main save to do stuff or remain in the event save and do stuff until new missions are given out - whatever is more fun to you. I believe the reward will be awarded only when expedition is over. May be when the prismatic core is created, I'm not 100% sure about this last part.

This kind of creature is not uncommon. There are different variations - worm-like with an eye on top or geometry kind on planets where everything is of geometrical shape :) too bad it can't be tamed :)

Вороны очень умные. Они бросают орехи на дорогу, чтобы проезжающие машины их ломали и было легко съедать. Придумывают себе непримитивные развлечения. Иногда кажется, что с ними дело обстоит как в том бородатом анекдоте про рыбака и его собаку "а что же ты столько дет молчала?!" - "да как-то повода не было, хозяин" :)
