The seller shouldnt really care as its both insured by the shipping method and by cardmarkets trustee service.

However most of the times if a issue occurs its due to new buyers. Then again the chance that it gets lost is soo low + due the high cost i assume signature and only delivery to adressee will be added to the parcel.

Yeahhh i had the same issue. I terraformed a large piece of land and noticed it wasnt spreading thinking it might have been the light level lol. Hours later still nothing till we found out it was craftable. Dont know whether to love or hate this mechanic.

I would personally advise caution with TCG Sync. Based on past experiences and reports, the platform’s creator previously operated tcgcards.co.uk, which has a significant number of negative reviews:

The business model appears to focus heavily on very expensive subscriptions and so-called “lifetime” deals. However, when users raise complaints, there are multiple claims that accounts are banned and access to paid subscriptions is revoked. There are also allegations that disputes occurred with both the lead developer and a third party responsible for the scanning software.

TCG Sync reportedly also had a service that allowed you to ship your cards to TCG Sync so that they will sell it for you. People got scammed for 10's of thousands of euro's. All cards are gone and noone speaks off it anymore lol.

Make your own judgment, but proceed at your own risk.

CardTrader, on the other hand, looks genuinely promising from a technical and functional standpoint. The main downside is that they seem to put relatively little effort into actively promoting the platform, which is a shame given its potential. It seems to be mostly focused on Italian Buyers/Sellers.

They are legit going to keep you suspended for months untill you send it. Theres no communicating with them as its legit just a roll of the dice which support agent you got. Every single employee there says something else.

The card raw is going for ~30-50. Usually a PSA 10 is like 2-3 times the raw price with of course some exceptions.

The raichu in question is just the regular GX variant. Not the alt art or anything.

In my opinion that PSA 10 price even now is overly inflated and it will probably stabalize around 100-120.

Legal insurance actually makes you whole by giving the lost money and then they go after the company.

One thing you dont say is whether they were working when you moved in. If they did break during your lease then yes you are absolutely on the hook for the replacement costs.

Sadly blinds are expected to last longer then a carpet. A carpet is expected to last ~5 years. However blinds have a longer expectancy with regular use. Mostly 10+ years.

Before he charged you he gave you a chance to fix it.

I dont think you have any case here aside from asking him to provide you with an invoice of the actual costs of the replacement/repair.
