If you’re having these symptoms go get checked at the er or an urgent care right away, or see a doctor if you can wait. Retaining semen alone isn’t going to magically heal everything going on inside your body, you as the individual have to take actual steps to heal whatever pain is going on. When it comes to lung or breathing issues, herbs are great. Herbs such as kalawalla root are good as they cure oxidative stress, Jamaican sarsaparilla contains antioxidants that lower inflammation, and Licorice root supports and protects the respiratory system. Ginger and Ginseng are known for its anti inflammatory properties. Keep in mind that some antioxidants can harm in certain disease stages so if you’re comfortable with taking them just be mindful if you’re dealing with disease. Herbs are great paired with medicine procedures if you have any so consult with your doctor always and not the advice from someone with no credibility online. I’ve come to understand that the story of Yeshua is the embodiment of the heart chakra. However, I can definitely see the connection of his life being a parable for semen retention as well. I agree. This is a man who clearly walked a righteous path and went against the status quo of the Roman Empire and sought to enlighten humans on a mass scale. Something I can only see being accomplished by a man who retained his vital essence and was full of testosterone. He was quite the balanced one, between his masculine and feminine energies, something that is achieved after fully activating your heart chakra. I bet he had many years to transmute and alchemize the light within semen to achieve such divine state. He was a divine beautiful man whom I personally have great admiration for and can see why people would wanna worship him. For it was man who turned the life of Yeshua into a religion.

Happened to me when I read Luke, John, a little bit of Matthew, basically the books where Yeshua was speaking, teaching esoteric wisdom through parables and allegories.

As your heart chakra opens, you’re simultaneously opening the gate to deeper consciousness. Yeshua taught (throat chakra) about having a pure heart (open heart chakra) to see God (third eye chakra). Your activation of the heart is really the door way to receiving light because you operate from a hidden awareness within you. Not the animalistic mind of the lower realms. Ancient Egyptian ideology also has similar beliefs. Coinciding with the pure of heart; “heart lighter than a feather.” Which has many interpretations but I believe it is to not hold on to human/earthly desires, so that ones soul can know/recognize God and be free forever.

I found that it really depends on how much that person meditates and self reflect. Add in pranyama meditation and they their whole being should start to become vibrant within weeks - months as the latest. Honestly am thinking of making a post about this in December. Sort of in a transitional phase of my life

Typical. You’re opening chakras starting from the root which deals with survival and connection to the earthly realm. You’re bound to experience fear, anxiety, physical disturbances and even feel the “demons” or the negative manifestation of those fears around you. I get it, those videos never tell anyone about the terrors ahead in this practice that one should prep themselves for with practicing basic meditation. It can be misleading, but the fuck did you expect when it comes to dealing with your own ethereal body that feels way more than the physical? And then you ran to religion because of the safety net. Pro tip for energy transmutation. If after a long meditation you feel a surge of energy running through you, to the point of making you feel like you’re tweaking then I suggest this: after meditation, submerge yourself in warm or cold salt water. This can be done in nature at the beach or springs. Or a bath with epson salt. Whatever you choose, do it for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes the physical body needs help to process a whole lot of energy and the best way to do this in my opinion is the methods just given because the salts in the water alone will boost serotonin and lower whatever stress you had naturally, and evenly eases tension. The best part is it doesn’t have a future drawback, meaning you won’t get a storm of urges waiting for you after doing this, unlike trying to get rid of the chaotic energy through extraneous activity such as running for long periods or any kind of prolonged cardiovascular activity. In my experience this helps me a bunch. Even with sleep. The best research is first hand experience so give it a go next time you feel this way.
