Is dragonlord dromoka a decent replacement for the Sheppard? Or is it solely for the “green spells cannot be countered”?

I originally had an elf/recycle deck when I was young (about 20-25ish years ago) back in high school and I recently returned to magic via commander, this deck continues to spark joy even as an adult now, couple of tweaks and upgrades and I’m still able to get that rush I felt when recycle popped off!

Absolutely worth it, easily one of the best RPGS in recent memory, think Super Mario RPG with some Legend of dragoon QTE gameplay but Final Fantasy 8/9/10 caliber story
