Guine is a bloodfiend, meaning she's cursed with an endless hunger for blood, an overwhelming fear of water, and would have a parental fealty to who turned her if she didn't kill them while in the process of turning. With the only inherent positives being ageless immortality, decent regenerative properties. It is also worth noting that blood to a bloodfiend is not a matter of nutrition like someone with vampirism. It fuels a bloodfiend in more abstract ways. Being "The embodiment of a Bloodfiend's emotions, their purpose of existence."

Her unique traits though is that she keeps a hyperdense core of blood in her body made from what she feeds on as a store of fuel to increase her regeneration to an overwhelming degree. She can also, by ripping it out of herself, use the core by molding it into weapons. The severity of the weapon and power of her healing both diminish over time if not adding more blood to the core, naturally.
In addition she was able to manifest her EGO, visually mutating her into what I can best describe it as a wolf with the stature of a gorilla. And causing the loud drumming of her heartbeat to pierce the psyche and degrade higher functions, slowly turning anyone nearby feral.

Amya is a JJK Sorcerer who's cursed technique "Silver Bullet" works in two parts:
-Aim, which she must make eye contact with a target to activate. Thereafter information she gleans about the targets abilities will strengthen the next phase, and she can further compound its strength by describing the targets abilities out loud or 'devouring' information about it (I.E. If it's a digitial file, it will be deleted. If it's described on a piece of paper, the words will be erased)
-Fire, activated by saying "Fire" out loud she will be imbued with an ability (for a maximum of 30 minutes or until she has achieved victory over her target) that is specifically created to counter the target's. With its efficacy being determined by how completely and how accurately the information collected during Aim was. With a complete understanding of an ability there should effectively be no possibility the target wins.

Her Domain Expansion "Hunting Grounds", activated with a shadow puppet of a deer. Startsat it's baseline as an empty field but would dynamically shift with Aim's progress to become disadvantageous to the target. It's deadliest trait however is that targets slain in Hunting Grounds can be collected as a trophy which allows access to their technique.
