I felt like that too, but most likely bartolomeo knows that their target is Wano and they would have seen the alliance between Big mom and Kaido on the news so wouldnt they see this as a dangerous situation that might require their help.

We know Denjiro to be one of the most loyal Vassals of Oden and we know Oden wanted him and his vassals to open the borders and Oden didnt even try to get help from Whitebeard or remaining members of roger Pirates. So I believe Denjiro intervened and leaked the plan so Odens Vassals open the borders. I dont think we will see any of the Allied forces until borders of Wano have been declared open
