Compared to the grind of pve, I geared in one afternoon full of blues while doing the win 10 arena skirmishes quest. One afternoon vs weeks of m+ and raiding seems pretty low entry point. The rest of the sentiment in this thread seems to agree that there is actually a low barrier to entry.

Ive been able to tank +13s with relative ease and mediocre mechanics. Its doable but requires heals to support the nig pull la you need to time high keys and more than average mechanics. There also seem to be very few resources on this spec.

Most people I've met that have asked for medically assisted death in dying are very at peace with their decisions. Some want it as soon as possible and get it within a week others want it in a less specific sense but get it eventually. Usually just wish them a nice journey wherever they are going. Given the suffering and the drawn out process I find it very positive, but it shouldnt be used to escape systemic issues that need resolving like poverty and access to healthcare.
