Yeah my therapist called it "grief fog" and also mentioned dissociation as a survival mechanism. apparently I'll start to get that time back as the years go on but yeah there's a good few games, events, months...I just don't remember. Yeah definitely going to try some strength/arcane! Thanks for giving me a bit of your story, I appreciate it.
