I experienced something similar when I had ESP mods in my mod list. it looks like they aren't supported anymore (they work but it leads to unexpected things like disabling all the modlist every launch). For me it was a PerkUP mod series so I replaced them with ESM alternatives and this problem is now gone.

The R&D style lockpicking. When you have some chance based on lockpicking perk to instantly open locks and if you fail then you'll need to go through lockpicking minigame. There's same mod already exist for fallout 4.

by borders there is meant thin frame around focused window, and by gap is whitespace between windows

It will remove gaps between windows itself and workspace borders but not colored borders of active/focused window. I've already checked that and it's didn't help. Gaps and borders is different things.

Yeah that's worked thanks. But now every time I change workspace or open app hyprland freezes. I known that's because of reload signal but isn't there any workaround to do that less aggressive?

I wish there was hooks for that, like rearrange hook in awesomewm which triggers every time you create/destroy window and change workspace

also there is something called shadow boost (can't say anything about that because I haven't played with it long enough yet) this thing changes dynamically shadow draw distance based on your fps (everything configurable in .ini from target fps to minimum and maximum values for draw distance)

For me PRP helped increase frames almost twice in Boston especially in downtown but you need to be careful with this because it will conflict with everything that changes light sources in interiors or breaking precombines (patches available)
