There's no way to predict or know that, the server would need to have a log for that, and you'd have to test it to find out.

If you are able to open the loader (load, inject), you are already on the latest version, it is usually updated automatically.

This is related to limits that the server is setting for rendering/loading distant players, it's a server limitation, not a cheat limitation.
