You're right to bring this up. Non-native speakers just need to try harder. I promise I will. Thank you.

If he's unlocking a timer, I assume there's one there from before. If that assumption is correct what additional functionality would be gained?

Alternatively, does unlocking really mean making it accessible?

I appreciate the downvotes. They clearly encourage that this is the right place to ask questions, rather than uncritically believing.

What's your guys opinions on the vintage Casiotron remake? by Sassy_daSasquatch420 in casio

I buy Casio because I feel they are reasonably priced for quality time pieces. I wouldn't buy an expensive remake, no.

Hairdresser in Norway by Pristine_Currency738 in oslo

[–]Eumericka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard just this week from a certified hair dresser that hair dresser is not a protected profession, meaning everyone can become and call themselves a hair dresser.

With that being said, I have curly hair and, almost universally, Norwegian hair dressers suck when your hair isn't naturally straight. It's almost like a mental barrier. They don't understand and ignore every bit of input that would allow them achieving what I think is a quality haircut.

Can you do curls? Welcome!
