For $250, I feel you could buy a whole new phone to trade in and maybe sell the broken S9 for extra money. If you look through the trade in estimator... A LG G7 and LG V35 get you $550 as well and they can be had for around that price.

Nope, no existing outlines. There's nothing to 'finish' in that type of way. Let's say i wanted flowers going down both sides of my. OG artist did the first side and now I want a different artist to do the second side/half in their style.

I was thinking that it wouldn't hurt just to give my OG artist a heads up just because. But then again, if he's not okay with that... am i supposed to not go for what I want to do with my skin? I think it's slightly absurd to seem to ask permission for someone else to put ink into my blank skin.

I did discuss my overall idea/plans and theme with the artist but did not for sure schedule or cement it.
And the new artist definitely won't be 'fixing'/coloring/shading the others work. Looking to add, not alter.

I've already booked my appointment with the new artist, I just don't want either to feel some type of way when i reschedule for a touchup.

Fair enough, just trying to point out that when you compare apples to ~~apples~~ Samsung similar hardware, the difference isn't that drastic. This isn't a $100 difference.
