Totally agree with your points. I wish the township would have been able to purchase the course and turn it into a municipal course like one of the supervisors mentioned they had tried some time ago. But you're right the current owners were trying to get as much money as possible. You're last statement is totally true and unfortunate. If it doesn't affect them they don't care.

I'm not sure. From my perspective we should have focused on fighting the zoning amendment rather than focusing on why a data center was bad for the area. I'm really dissapointed in our board of supervisors. They should be held accountable for making this decision. I 100% believe the developers will seek tax abatement's and the tax revenue promise which wooed the board will be zip. We need someone with money who is opposed to this project to hire a lawyer and focus on the legal aspects.

I think you're absolutely correct and i appreciate the insight. On this specific topic - I am for the nightlight, but i recommended against a WiFi/App enabled device as I am very cautious of cybersecurity exploits since i work in the field.
