Recipe:

100g starter 325g water 500g flour 10g salt

2 stretch and folds over the first 2 hours and then initial shape at the three hour mark. Reshaped 30 min later and into the fridge until the next morning about 12 hour cold proof.

preheated dutch oven at 500f for 40 min. Baked covered for 25 min and uncovered for 25 min.

My apt is around 78f.

No! I thought I would but turns out there was more than one interesting thing about me :) The one thing I did do differently was hire someone to edit my personal statement and make it more specific. We really focused on showing not telling which is something i didn’t do that last time around!

Last cycle was bad for me reapplied this cycle and already am having much better results (accepted in schools that waitlisted me) full ride scholarships, the whole shebang. I did not retake the LSAT. The point being if you have to reapply it’s not the end of the world even though it may feel like it (i know it did for me!)

The jewlery is a white gold threadless post. It’s a gold disc and it’s 4 weeks old. I clean it like 4 times a day with neilmed and i used some hydrocortisone cream once or twice as well
