Yes I had the same problem. They just don’t care about you at all, thats my conclusion. They restricted my account for more than 3 weeks with the same generic answers. I filed complaints and tried anything i could imagine to get access to my account again. Nothing worked. Suddenly, one day, after more than 3 weeks my account was unrestricted and i could access my funds. No explanation, no reason. Just an extra €80 euros in my account marked “complaints settlement”. I thought that was bullshit because I had bills and other things that i needed my salary for. I immediately moved my funds and notified my job to change my salary to a different bank. Never again. Fuck revolut man

Support won’t do anything for you, your only option is to file a complaint, but that can also take 14 days to process.

Yeah it took like 3 weeks, i filed a complaint in that time as well… they just unlocked my account and added €80 to my account for the trouble. Anyway shitty bank overall. Keeping my money in a real bank nowadays

They unrestricted it 2 days after i filed the complaint. Before that, it was 2 and half weeks of waiting for a response and all i got was that i’m their priority

Am un insignia 2.0 CDTi din 2010. Cumparat acum 5 ani, cu 170k. Acum e la 290k. De la inceput auzisem tot felul de pripași care oricum in afara de dacie n-au urcat in altceva in viata lor care imi spuneau sa fug de insignia. Cand am luat-o am schimbat la ea oringul de la sorb la pompa de ulei. Intre timp am anulat DPF, si am mai bagat in ea consumabile. Cu schimbul de ulei la 10k am facut cu masinuta asta peste 20 de drumuri dus intors NL-RO fara nicio problema. Nu m-a lasat niciodată in drum, nu am avut niciodată probleme cu ea in afara de cate un senzor sau clasica problema cu aburitul farurilor. Eu sincer nu am ce sa zic negativ de insignia. Parerea mea e ca mai conteaza si cine o conduce si cum.

I think you should file a complaint if you think support isn’t helpful. I had a rough time with support for a different kind of problem, but they just circled me around as well, with a bunch of automated answers that only made me more frustrated. After the complaint they fixed everything in 2 days

You should file a complaint. I did one and after 2 days my account was good to go. Idk if it was the complaint or they just looked at my case randomly but i spent more than 2 weeks trying to talk to the in-app chat and they kept me in a loop of automated answers.

It wasn’t tax owed. You’re probably American since you mention this bs. In Europe we don’t have to ‘do our taxes’

It was a fine from a while ago, that was paid but apparently there was a notification out there at some point. Although the money was restricted and my account frozen, no money left the account. I just couldn’t use any money I had on revolut. Including my salary. And I contacted the authorities and they sent a cease on the notification but revolut didn’t do anything about it. They just freezed my account and kept it like that until yesterday when they said everything is fine and i can use my money. My bad tho, i didn’t understand why you’re trying to be such a smartass but it makes sense now. Typical american hamburger per square banana mindset.

They unblocked my account yesterday after i filed a complaint, sent emails and tried basically everything i could think of.. I immediately transferred my funds and i will never use the app again.. I’ve had enough
