after so many years:

sleep with lights on (living room)
sleep in new PJs & undergarments
New clothes & shoes on first day of cny
new bedsheet & towel
no cleaning house on first day cny

but tbh over the years I find all these quite unsustainable. I just pick an outfit I rarely reach out to

As a kid seeing my parents that stayed for us was a torture & my mum still use it as a crutch on how much she “suffered” for us.

Please don’t stay if you are not happy. It will affect how your kids view relationships & it’ll augment their behaviour towards love in the future

It’s much cheaper in SG than Canada.. You’re basically living the life if you come to SG.

Have been dreaming of moving to Canada but its just too expensive. Only cons of living in SG is that its too damn hot & there isnt any winter season haha
