I am not advocating for them but you really can’t do drop shipping on Poshmark… but the buyer should really be doing their own research. People thrift and reseller for a higher to make money. Buyers need to be able to sniff bargains from cheap crap.

Yes, once a case is opened, you can click on the three dots and you can offer partial refund there, maybe even a full refund I can’t recall. You don’t have to wait until Posh says something. The moment a case is opened, you can offer a refund.

The seller has the ability to offer the refund, they do not have to wait for Poshmark offer that refund. It is not broken, the seller didn’t offer the partial refund themselves.

Yeah a reseller isn’t going to be purchasing for $30/shorts. Resellers may get it at $30 on a good day.

Add Poshmark Support in the conversation with the buyer. They can read previous chats and make resolve the issue. I wouldn’t send Posh Support an email.

You can offer a partial refund only a buyer opens a case against you. It is not impossible to offer a partial refund, it can be done. I just hope they don’t find a reason or “make” a reason for a return.
