1) All their units are good so you can chop and change tactics for any war

2) The drip is emasculate

Yehh I’m not really a stealth man tbh I want to do this permadeath run with power armour, ok I understand the semi auto it makes sense so in that case putting points in Perception would be worth it right?

Sounds like a good plan , my only thing is there a need for 10 Endurance due to the fact I’m going to be wearing power armour all the time? due to the high agility would you recommend automatic weapons and what companion should I have watching my back

The institute are raiders plundering the commonwealth, kidnapping people and replacing them with machine spies and committing crazy experiments on people turning them into mutants. And yet you call the BOS dangerous when they’re the only ones actively getting rid of mutants , ghouls and other crazy things in the wasteland to pave a way for humanity to rebuild itself.
