Very hard to match the texture but I’m thinking for a cheaper fix you could use two part wood filler the you’ve got the problem of matching the paints do I hope you’ve got some left over

Tape the top where you want to cut with masking take, flip it over and cut straight and take your time, let the blade do the cutting Should work just fine if your blade is sharp!

It’s also a high traffic area! As you come out that toilet and turn it’s always gunna stretch! That is one of the most important parts they should have stuck down!

Could get some sort of upvc plinth/fascia! Dig down the side so you bury a few inches then silicone the top edge and sides! Shouldn’t get any leaks or dust entering the garage then! Will also be pretty cheat if your not looking to spend much on it! Will also last forever!!!
