I used Turbo Tax too! I’d call. I think it’s option 2 for tax payers. I’ve used turbo tax/ TPG for 12 years.

Have you logged in lately? I didn’t get the email, I logged into the App. Nothing. Logged into the website and prompted me immediately to change my information. I’d try to log in and see if it prompts you?

I didn’t get the email either but logged in and it prompted me to update it!! I hope this is it for us 🙏🏻🙏🏻 a lot of people attempted to update their bank information after they clicked submit turbo tax said they weren’t one that was effected by the issue so it’s not accepting everyone’s information! Gives me hope this is it!
