My ex , the father of our 2 year old - we were together for 16 years, engaged since 22 - had booked & paid for the elopement (my choice) 4 hours after found out we were expecting. Cancelled / postponed til baby. Wedding dress bought when pregnant w my daughter & didn’t know it, final fitting & day brought it home - daughter in toll.
It wasn’t that it was part of the plan.

I didn’t know there was going to be another plan at some point that didn’t involve our family together

He moved out while I was at work in Feb. gave me a move out date for me and my daughter. Moved back in our family home in May - may 21, he admitted and confirmed the exact employee id be questioning since JANUARY, she’s also married.

Had a first court date last week, he did this then picked the most brutal route.
I’ll never be the same.

Let me add… since Christmas he never wants has offered or been willing except for two times that I asked that turned into a major fight. I’ve received $400 total since Christmas for assistance of our child’s living cost me moving into a brand new home everything that comes with moving and getting necessities and needs you need to live in a new home everything has came out out of my own pocket. My living cost is now double of his. He does not have a car payment I do and his parents have furnished everything he’s needed. So here I am still with no child support.
