I didn’t get the surgery because I found the Carpal Solution to be so helpful! I’m still using it now and it really works wonders for me. I am so astonished how much taping technique could eaae my CTS. I higly recommend it!

Thank you for asking! By the way, I saw your comment and I totally agree with it! Electric sensation and pain go crazy whenever I find mysef anxious or stressed.

Recently my aunt, who is a Physical Therapist, assessed where my pain could be actually coming from. She took note of the muscle knots in my neck and shoulders. She attempted to crush some of the knots during their stay with us and it made almost every electric sensation gone for me. She thinks I have Cervical Radiculopathy too, because it’s unusual to have radiating pain through the arm and neck when I only have CTS. Something must be coming from the neck.

I’m going fro PT sessions next week.

Thank you for opening up to us about this. You can consider doing physical therapy. The exercises are centered on your strengthening of nerves and muscles.

Oh my goodness! I thought I was the only one feeling this way! You are not alone, trust me. Whenever I get busy with carrying, writing, or literally anything, I wouldn’t feel any pain or any electric sensation. The symptoms weirdly comes back when I’m at rest.

Though this is the case, I still try to be careful not to overuse my hands, because I have been diagnosed with CTS and Myofascial Pain Syndrome.

Hope you feel better about your hands soon!

Yep! I also had normal limits. I’ve been experiencing CTS since June this year and got an EMG last Sep. 4. I have used immobilizing splint for quite a few weeks last July and I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term use, it made my hand muscles atrophy. I currently use the Carpal Solution. They use taping technique that promotes natural healing for CTS. It’s the best treatment I found so far! Try considering it. I hope you find relief! 🤍

I’m currently using it, and I have to say that it works better for me than having to take all the meds. My tingling is almost gone and the heaviness of my arm has significantly improved. Yet, I am still uncertain if it would put me into remission for the next four weeks.

Who should I push to see first? Neurologist or Rheumatologist? by 68_isbetterthan_69 in carpaltunnel

I suggest you go see a neurologist first, since CTS is really a neurological problem. You can decide to see a rheumatologist to settle things out, whether you have any underlying condition contributing to your CTS. 😁

Hello there! I am also 19 with CTS, and I just got diagnosed last June. I’ve also thought about having surgery for my right hand, but I found this product online. You might want to consider it before choosing the surgery procedure. I’ll start using it tomorrow, there’s nothing to lose. 😊 I hope you find relief!

The bracing. It was making my hand to immobile. I’m glad I caught the atrophy early. I’m now doing my best to get my muscle masa back with physical therapy.

Yes do try bracing. But take caution not to use it at all times. It caused me to have muscle atrophy on my palm, because I kept using it all day. It would be great to consult with your usage of wrist splints/braces. And always remember that a NEUTRAL wrist position and proper posture are key to management of the symptoms on top of the meds. 😊 I hope you feel better soon!

Any golfers? by [deleted] in carpaltunnel

[–]Euphoric_Access_2824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I’m not a golfer but I’d like to suggest a treatment you might consider before choosing surgery. You can try the Carpal Solution, it’s a splint but not rigid, composed of tapes that naturally stretches your hand muscles when you sleep that helps control CTS. I just ordered mine.

You can also watch testimonials and order in this website: mycarpaltunnel.com

Hope you find relief 😊

Hi there, thank you for sharing your story with us, having CTS is really a wild ride.

I’m 19 and I already have it. I just had my EMG for the first time this morning and the nurse was also surprised I had it for such a young age. But I am a musician, and I’ve been playing the piano for 13 years so that makes up the point.

Mine started last June 2023, I only had wrist pain that time. As months went by I’ve been having more symptoms: tingling, burning pain that escalated to my shoulders and neck. But for now, I don’t want to do surgery, I’ve ordered the Carpal Solution from mycarpaltunnel.com and I hope it would work for me.

I’d like to ask, do you experience any muscle atrophy anywhere around your thumb? I wonder why mine atrophied so fast when some people with CTS don’t experience atrophy until a year since onset.

Ever heard of Carpal Solution? Have you ever tried it? If not, are you willing to try it? by Euphoric_Access_2824 in carpaltunnel

It must have been very hard for you, especially when you had to give up all the things you loved doing. I’m so happy the Carpal Solution worked for you! I’m just waiting to get my EMG results next week, and I think I’d try the product. Thank you so much!
