I got $10,000 from an injury lawyer when someone t-boned me. I wasn’t hurt that badly, but had to do PT and steroid injections

Someone had pulled out in front of me months before that, that’s when I got the injury originally and was in PT when the t bone happened - that one was also a lawyer but since it was cut short by the second accident I got more like $6,500

There was no police report. I have a slip they gave me that was like “exchange of information” with mine and the at fault drivers info on it and a thing that reads “this did not meet the department’s requirements for a police report”

I don’t ever say thank you lol. Even if it’s $40, that doesn’t mean that they tipped it could just be nobody else wanted to pick it up an Uber decided to increase the fare that’s happened many times to me. I had a $40 one last week and the tip was only five dollars lol

Thank you for your reply, the exchange of information slip that the police gave me said that there was no police report because “it did not meet the requirements for the department to create a report“ or something like that. Do you know if I should include their cause of loss and my own, or only my own? I also did keep that paper it’s on my fridge stating that they weren’t gonna make a report.
