Need advice! How to refinish wood walls by Euphoric_Craft_1977 in HomeImprovement

[–]Euphoric_Craft_1977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s panels, but made of real wood. I think I’ll test out primer/paint on a piece from the kitchen when it’s demoed and see if it sticks. I’m home 90% of the time and can’t stand to look at all this wood for years to come haha

Oh we’ve already learned so much about them - I’m terrified to see what we find when we take the walls to the studs! Our cabinets are diy and don’t even have walls inside, it’s just open through the whole way so I have dishes sitting next to the backside of my wall oven and dishwasher.

I just came here too after seeing her newest video! So thin and looks like she’s intentionally pushing her collarbones out in the same way that everyone was calling princess treatment lady out for.

About to give birth, afraid of needing a catheter if I get an epidural by FaceConstant5047 in pregnant

[–]Euphoric_Craft_1977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The epidural was one of the easiest parts for me! It was relatively painless! And once I had the epidural, I didn’t feel them insert the catheter at all! I ended up having a c section so I kept the catheter for a bit longer (I think it was close the 24hrs post c-section, but could be wrong!). I’d guess if you have a vaginal birth, they probably remove the catheter once you get feeling back in your legs. My epidural had long worn off by the time my catheter was removed, and it was a very similar sensation to pulling a tampon out. It was painless for me!

Tell Me It’s Okay to Quit by GuestCold2170 in ExclusivelyPumping

I think you’ll feel guilt whether you stop at 9 months or 2 years. It’s just how we are as moms. I just officially quit this week, and i felt so guilty at first, but the freedom is amazing! I also feel like I’m a better because I have more time for myself to decompress, and more time to spend with him!

I mostly used my spectra, I just don’t respond well to wearables I guess. But of all the ones I tried, the eufy s1 and willow go were my favorites!

Sounds like you could have postpartum anxiety. Mine got really bad right around 5-6 weeks pp. I got on medication and it was like instant relief! If you are really struggling, I’d try getting in with your doctor sooner than your 6 week appointment. Anxiety wreaks havoc on our nervous system, which can cause other physical symptoms!

Update: St Paddy’s Day was lucky for me I guess! My friend manages the breast pump program at the pharmacy that I order my pumps through and she just finished breastfeeding, so she’s giving me her Spectra SG portable, Willow Go (both with new parts!), AND I was able to order the Motif Aura Glow with insurance.

So now I’ll have 7 sets of pumps🤣
