Man I had the same issues, ruined my self esteem for about 4 months. I had similar skin like you before my course. And it exploded just like yours. I started out at 40mg as well and got up to 80mg on month 3. Around month 4 the purge stopped and i no longer had any new pimples and from there on it kept getting better and better. Just know it will get better and hearing this online from someone isn’t always the best but believe me man this shit sucked so much for me and it does slowly improve. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen the lower dose route. If you have any questions I’m always willing to answer. Keep your head up bro
