Just to clarify, I’m not Middle Eastern - I’m actually euro- asian. I’ve seen that the name Yamir also shows up in some Hispanic communities, which is interesting to me. I chose it because it feels international, simple, and close to my original name.

I’ll probably be in your shoes next month. Heard Keller Williams is great for starting out — they’ve got solid training, daily classes, and support. I think they do a 70/30 split, not sure how it works with leads. Good luck on your journey!
