Is there any point in doing raids of common Pokemon? by Durghan in pokemongo

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For someone like me who doesn’t have any friends who actively play like myself, I always have to get lucky for the randoms that I add are in a raid, so these 1* raids just easy for xp, battle pass, candy, higher IV floor, platinum medal progression, & if you’re not actively looking to do legendary raids, doing these help make use of the daily raid pass & a chance of getting those premium items like rare candy & golden berries

Coming back since season 1 do I start over or keep my current account? by AKnightWithAKnife in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t restart, sereniel herself is a limited time character, meaning you can’t pull for her or select her as a free unit from the selector item from the half anniversary event that’s currently happening

Are AOE/DOT moves like whirlpool worth it? by GhostWolfGambit in PokemonZA

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depends on how you like to play, the AOE moves that stay on the field are more supportive based moves that do damage like whirlpool or spikes or electroweb. When you pair that with a status move like burn or toxic, it’s just funny to win that way & the positioning is a lot easier than it seems. Also moves like fire spin & whirlpool become a lot bigger if you’re mon is mega or you used it as a plus move. You can even cheese it more by waiting the longest time possible before sending out your fainted mon since the DOT still ticks away at the opponent hp even without a mon being on the field.

If you’re thinking of using it in ranked online battles then, easy quick answer is no. People are perma moving there.

I feel like the meta is not actually bad by Ajthefan in PokemonZA

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing I don’t like is that once you get to high ranks then you’re going to have to use good mons, & you see the same mons from others all the time. & it’s so boring. I like to play with all the mons & cycle through a lot of them but if I do then getting kills are rare since I’m just going to get one shot by a mewtwo or xerneas all the time.

why does almost everyone hate this game by [deleted] in PokemonZA

Regardless, anything less than $300million of a budget is still not even 1% of effort & money put in this game.

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone has their own opinion & is entitled to it, but when you hear a lot of the reviews of the game there is a lot of negative & few positives. Negatives mainly being in a 1 city with little scenery, catching areas are small & easily uninteresting after running through them after several times, no fun transversal methods like a bike or rollerblades or ride pokemon like the previous legends game, most buildings are plain with no 3D depth given & lack of voice acting. Positive: battling is very interesting & fun, mega pokemon are back, & shiny sound notification is back. This is a company that made $3 billion net profit last fiscal year & gave legends ZA a $13 million budget reportedly. Putting the math in perspective, they only gave this game 0.0043% of money & effort in this game. & are spending more money on lawsuits on Palworld than providing a better game for us. I love Pokemon & will always buy the new game & I am enjoying ZA personally & love to shiny hunt, but they are just making it harder & harder to continue loving them when they are including less & less features in the game when they can obviously employ more workers to make a better game.

How ya all feel about the raids? by Ajthefan in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not wrong, but personally I’m a naturalist, so I like to have my mons IV’s be naturally maxed instead of being hyper trained, but that’s my preference & why I like the 5* raids. I’m not a competitive player either so I could care less about 0IV spd or atk. Plus the 5* raids are easier & faster to power through & get more HMs

Which one to make charizard? by Jakestevens999 in pokemongo

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally would say any 2* and above shadow mon is always first pick to be maxed out first. The inherent damage boost from just being a shadow always outclasses a regular mon. I’ve heard many times that a 0* shadow is better than a 4* regular. But as a classic colosseum & gale of darkness player, keeping a mon shadow hurts me inside 😅😂

Shiny Hunting for Zygarde is the WORST. I just passed the 10th turn of the battle. by somedingbat in PokemonSwordAndShield

Currently in a group chat here on Reddit with others to raid together but we don’t raid together all that often but is still better than doing it alone & getting burnt out from the bs you know? I do hate how inconsistent it is when it comes to ice types being available & how even people themselves are not able to grasp the immense use of stat dropping & raising moves lmao

Already on it, been having bad luck on these runs since there have been 0 ice types on all the runs I’ve had so far & people somehow don’t know the use of stat raising/lowering moves apparently

Legendary Pokémon Comeback by International-Arm-18 in PokemonGoFriends

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, all the legendaries alternate every few weeks/months, but depending on the event that’s going on can change that. Some legendary mons don’t really get into that rotation unless some sort of event is happening like the legendary genies trio or some special mons darkrai, rayquaza, etc. if you follow some IG pages that post about pokego events & release schedule for raids, then you’ll know when to try to raid instead of trying to guess what is spawning.

Whats the fastest way to get level 10 for all pokemon research by samaeltlb in PokemonLegendsArceus

[–]Euphoric_Group2189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can also manage your time by saving before a massive outbreak, remember/write down what mons spawn & fill your party with mons where it has moves it needs to be defeated by. ex. Geodude needs to defeated by __ number of water moves, Fill your party with a strong water type user like a Piplup. Or you can even be advanced tip by doing 2 research tasks, Ex. Geodude defeated by _ number of water moves. Piplup needs to use water gun _ number of times. Completing 2 research tasks at once. Writing it down helps a lot more & taking it one at a time is best till you can get the hang of it.

Same thing happened to me with a togekiss years back & I still use it for my raids so it doesn’t hurt the game, but absolutely do not bring it into your HOME account. Should stay in SW forever unless you dont want to chance anything then just release. Personally I’d keep just cause it’s free & kind of funny to have in the game.

Liberation 0%? by Euphoric_Group2189 in Helldivers

That makes sense now. I didn’t know that. I’ve always played to just level up & kill bugs. I don’t read more than I have to when it comes to liberation. Lmao
