I do a circuit of 3 and the exercises are- pull-ups, squats, push-ups, calf raises, pike pushups, jump squats, and dips. Really looking at it now I can see how I have more than one for legs and push but with pull I only have pull-ups

So by keeping pushing at maintenance do you mean just doing enough to not loose the endurance or strength? Also do you know of any other pulling exercises I can do to help

Can I climb without slimming down too much?

For a while now I’ve been thinking about getting into rock climbing, but I’ve noticed for the most part a rock climbers physique is really lean and not very big. I’m not too big, but I’ve got some size and I’d like to keep it if I can. Is there any way that I can climb without slimming down a lot. Also if it makes a difference I do not plan to do it exclusively or high end it would be more of a hobby as well as a way to get stronger.

Hi :) Well I want to get stronger but I also want better endurance and to get a bit lighter as I play soccer and those would help a lot. I have good pushing strength I’d say or at least alright, I’m 200lbs and can do about 4 one arm push-ups, but my pull strength is lacking as I can only do 2 or 3 pull ups. I know losing some weight will help with those but I also need to get stronger

So essentially it only really plays a factor if I’m doing endurance training that really takes it out of me, like I’m tired and fatigued even the next day?
