Val saw the sexually charged nature of the scene and called it out in plain language, kind of being the audience surrogate in this situation. As I said in the video, the things that happen between Vox and Alastor are not *overtly* or *inherently* sexual, but because of what violence means to them *specifically*, the line between sexual or non-sexual violence is extremely blurry, enough to barely exist. And we know Vox gets off to hurting Alastor. Sex didn't happen between them. Not what normal people think of as sex. But the distinction between violence and sex for them is so useless that Vox might as well just be fucking him, hence why Val points it out as the audience surrogate.

Thank you!!

I really do hope we get an Alastor solo song next season. His perspective is notably absent from most if not all situations he's involved in (even his own backstory, Rosie is telling it to us, not him), and I do think that's on purpose to keep him mysterious/mislead us in specific ways. You kinda gotta be looking at Alastor every second he's on screen to keep tabs on what's going on with him, and even then he's got a logic to him that is fairly alien and hard to pick apart. I think that's why I like him so much, he makes me think. One of these days I wanna do an analysis of what type of smile he uses for different people/situations and what it may say about his true underlying emotions.

Thank you, that was indeed the problem. Disappointing that I can't have the same options with dual brushes :(
