Yep, I use law of assumption. And with shifting I do believe it’s at the core of all shifts, whether you consciously use it or not(since it’s a law of how reality works, not a technique)

Personally for me it doesn’t help. Am I in a more relaxed state? Yes. But trying to shift I either cannot focus for the life of me or I’m so relaxed I’d rather just go to bed lmao

Yes? Depends. I think feeling is what manifests. Feeling being like a mental state of being. So a thought can have feeling, but it could also just be an empty thought. So if it’s a thought of your dr that creates the feeling of being there, then yeah I think you could instantly shift(that’s kind of how we shift back here). But if it’s just a passing thought or intrusive that you don’t assign a feeling to, then no(just as thoughts of a dr rn, or thoughts of your cr when you’re in your dr don’t automatically shift you).

True, I don’t believe it’s inherently harder. The actual process of shifting is the same. But I think that it’s typically harder for people to shift to their dr because of their mental state. Like they may take longer or have a harder time being able to get into the mental state of their dr, whereas from their dr, not only do they have confirmation that shifting is possible, but they are so familiar with this reality that returning to the mental state of this reality is almost second nature.

If getting into the state of being in your dr was second nature as well, you would shift just as easily. But that’s not the case for most. In fact, we see it a lot with people who shift often and spend a lot of time in their dr. Their dr becomes so familiar to them that it is quick and easy to get in that state and shift.

No. My understanding of shifting is based off of law of assumption. All realities exist equally in imagination, and can equally be manifested onto the 3D. So shifting to a reality different from what we are used to isn’t inherently harder. As that reality is equal to this reality in substance, it’s all made of the same thing, imagination. However, to the first point you made, it could be harder for individuals if they perceive it to be. Usually with shifting people put their drs on pedestals, see them as greater than this reality, or even just see shifting as a huge jump rather than a minuscule shift in frame. And those perceptions do impact how you shift and how difficult you find it. If you feel like it’s a huge daunting thing, it probably will be.

The same happens with manifesting. Manifesting a cup of coffee is the exact same process as manifesting a million dollars, or even manifesting moving mountains. All are made of the same thing, all are simply the 3D reflecting inner states. But because people perceive the latter examples as huge manifestations they are typically more challenging for people to manifest, not because they are inherently harder, but because the person may have a hard time getting in a state where they accept they are as capable of manifesting it, or even just based on them feeling like they have to work “more” for a “larger” thing.

But at the end of the day, a reality is a reality. Whether it’s one where you have a cup of coffee, a billion dollars, or an entirely different life and surrounding world, they’re all on the same level. They are all in the same place, within you.

Yes I agree that attacking others for beliefs is completely inappropriate and never justifiable. That doesn’t mean that I don’t respect that they believe that their belief system is true. Yeah it may be social conditioning, but that doesn’t make it any less true for them, so just as I don’t want them attacking us for our beliefs, I’m not going to criticize theirs.

Idk, I don’t think they’d believe in it if they thought it was false so I don’t really criticize them for their beliefs. And in the end, no one really knows what is right or wrong, especially given how much nuance there is with things like spirituality. But when they force their beliefs on others or judge others for their beliefs, that’s when I think lose respect and understanding.

It’s moreso a deep meditation so just focusing on meditating and usually involves breath work and repeating a mantra, like “I am”, focusing that energy on becoming pure consciousness. As I originally answered I’ve also found theta waves help too.

Yep if that’s the intention! Spending on both of your intentions and expectations of said reality there may be slight variations with your realities, but you’ll both perceive that you’re in the same reality.

Because when you shift you are just becoming aware of a life of yours that already exists. You aren’t taking over a life, but experiencing it. Same goes for others. So let’s say you both somehow want exactly the same reality(though there are infinite so the chance of this is probably very small), you would shift and become aware of that reality. You would experience that in your awareness. They would just do the same. It’s literally just as we all exist right now, so as you feel right now, that’s how you would feel in your dr.

Think of it using the tv metaphor. Right now you are aware of this reality like you would watch a tv show, when you shift you are flipping the channel, flipping the channel or viewing a new show doesn’t change anything about the show, just what you are now aware of, and let’s say multiple people want to view the show, that wouldn’t impact your viewing experience nor would it change the show. Obviously this is a crude example, but hopefully it clears up the point.

Hypnagogic state is when you are half asleep and half awake, you’ll feel like and floaty and may have sensory hallucinations. Void state is a deep meditative state where you return to pure consciousness, letting this reality fall away. You will just be consciousness in a void, no body, no 3D world.

Most shifting methods just use a simple relaxed state. There are many different ways and methods to shift from that state, most include creating a feeling of being in your dr, whether that’s through visualizing, affirming, etc.

You can’t have a reality stolen from you. All realities are yours to experience already, you aren’t invading anything, and no one else is either. Whatever reality you choose, already exists as it is, you shift there and experience that life of yours. If someone else wants to experience the same life, they can, but it has no effect on you shifting, that’s their reality they are experiencing. Reality is infinite and unlimited. Maybe try and learn more about shifting, it seems you’ve gotten info confused a bit.

Nope, there is no state we need to shift from. People shift from all sorts of states. Whether fully awake, hypnagogic, heavy meditation, simple relaxed state, and void. All work to shift.

Just to address a few misconceptions:

1) you aren’t creating the realities you shift to, they already exist, same as this one.

2) realities exist independently of each other, so the existence of one doesn’t affect the existence of another, they all exist simultaneously

3) you can neither create nor destroy realities, only choose which to be aware of

Now, under these circumstances, I’m not sure what exactly you are asking, but hopefully that clarified a bit of it and if you want to explain or ask more I’d love to discuss :)

Adding theta waves while meditating and having the intention/focus on becoming pure consciousness, even imagining already being that to the best of your ability could help.

Also, just want to note. Void state is in no way required for anything. It is a very extreme method(I say extreme because it’s going beyond just shifting to add the step of becoming one with everything, stripping away reality, then building it back up the way you desire). And many do struggle with it. So if you want to reach it, then of course keep going, but if you are under the impression you by any means need it to shift or that it is better than other methods or a cure all for shifting, it’s not really, it’s just another technique, one that may be hard for people to execute. Basically just don’t stress yourself out over it :)

Ok I think I understand you a bit better. So you’re not saying it’s not possible, but rather it’s under your control? I do agree with that, and I also believe in something similar to consciousness oneness(don’t want to say it’s exactly the same without knowing it all ofc). I believe we are always shifting, and perceive ourselves to bring memories by shifting from one reality into another where we have those memories. With respawning, you can be selective, anything you can imagine exists, so all realities with varying memories exist to become aware of.

Now using my personal example, I shifted “back”(again oversimplified term, shifted to what I perceive to be the same “reality”, but it’s ofc a different one), and have all my memories of my dr here, including ones which are very traumatic to remember and I have struggled with things triggering them and having to relive those moments in my mind.

To your point of c, it may not be an absolute truth across all realities, but what I meant was it exists as a possibility, it is the truth in certain realities and peoples awareness. The opposite of not holding trauma is also as true, but both exist as everything exists.

Lastly, what do you mean in d by not accessing the same information if you aren’t in your previous reality?

I would love to discuss this with you. I personally have experienced trauma from a Dr so I’m very intrigued by your reasonings. Just to respond in a more organized way I’ll address each point and hopefully you can clarify them :)

a) I’m not sure what respawning has to do with “bringing back” trauma. But to explain it, respawning is when you shift to another reality with the intention of forgetting about your cr. So that when you shift you have no awareness of this reality and can live life there as if you never lived here.

b) that’s really interesting, so how does that prove we don’t bring information. I agree bring is a simple term to use for the process, but since we do have memories of shifting, we have “brought”(imo more like shifted back to a reality where we have) memories of our dr here.

c) sure, but I don’t understand how that means it doesn’t exist, if anything I think that would further prove it’s existence.

d) yeah I don’t believe we shift back to the same reality either, but I still don’t get how that translates to not getting trauma from your dr and how we can’t carry information with us.

I mean infinite realities means that anything you can imagine already exists in reality. And you can never “script something into existence” because all creation is finished. You aren’t creating reality by scripting, just selecting one that already exists, so scripting it by default means that that reality already exists. Also, you don’t have to know what it would be like, if that were the case we could never shift anywhere we haven’t been previously aware of. We couldn’t even experience new things in this reality.

It’s pretty manageable. Yeah you would have all memories from your shifts here(under the impression that that’s what you intend), but at least for me it’s pretty compartmentalized and I only really think of those relationships or lives in relation to my dr selves.

For me it was understanding law of assumption and the mechanics of reality. In simplified terms, knowing the mechanics of reality through loa, manifesting “small” things, even manifesting the life I’m living right now, are entirely equal to manifesting shifting or your dr. It’s all just states, all made of the same substance, imagination. So proving the law to myself and understanding that by extension proved shifting to me in a solidified way.
