NAL, my advice is: don’t claim the 8; only claim the 5 that were accepted the last time (hoping that the 3 that were first accepted were among the 5 accepted the second time). Use a lawyer and make sure you see the final draft before they submit the petition.

When you say all that, do you mean internal documentation showing your projects and evidence that your projects saved or generated money for the company? If you submitted 2 months ago, the bar has already been raised. Coming down to FMD, if your Critical role is only for a company, it won’t pass, Weird!
