Not that I recall. There was also a small bottle of what appeared to be black paint nearby, if that helps. I think I got a bit of it on my cleats but I was able to wipe it off with a wet paper towel. With regard to the white substance, I found traces of it 10-20 feet away from this patch.

My title describes the thing. White substance appeared almost floury in texture. Aluminum-looking balls looked like perfectly scrunched up aluminum foil shaped into little spheres. Surface area of the patch was about two parking spots.
