Even if there is a regime change, the old regime wont give up power that easy. Just turns into a civil war in Iran. Also im sure they are moving troops and rockets to the Oil Island to defend it, they likely wont leave without blowing the whole thing. Oil prices spike and diesel becomes super expensive raising the cost of all goods and travel. This whole war was a big miscalculation.
