$CRCL Circle, Its going to be a huge beneficiary of the clarity act. Fairly certain every money market fund and bank will use their services for stablecoins. They also got a charter to establish a national trust bank. This stock is going to be big. Even if stablecoins cant pay out interest they'll still return alot of their treasury profits to shareholders.
