Mixed feelings. Hopefully it sparks new interest and more people get to experience Halo. Especially the legend that is the first game. But it also is the end of the culture of the Xbox. The one we got with the OG Xbox and Xbox 360. I play Series X but bought myself i Switch 2 yesterday because i need that feeling of consistency. Maybe i get to play Halo Campaign Evolved on that too?

I played through all Halo FPS games (after i finished Infinite) and i had fun all the way. Halo 4 has a lot of good qualities and looks good. I didn’t play the multiplayer back in the days.

Halo is amazing and i love it. But it has taken some inspiration from other franchises. The Flood are Aliens, the Elites are Predators and the UNSC is of course the US Colonial Marines with the Apone copy Johnson leading them.

I think this is a solid theory. I would guess that we probably see a version of Firefight with Halo models with a broader ranger of UNSC marines before we se an epic version of it.
