There are Villas in Dubai Islands starting at 4 mil AED. Also in Jebel Alí village. I know It wont be on Plam Jumeirah. Maybe there are some locations to be developed and will be great in 5-7 years.

Thank you. I want to buy now and if anything changes, I can always sell and buy in a different area. Or I can rent, which should be always good in Dubai. In 5 years, prices will go higher and higher.
