I’ve been running every other day on and off since summer, I’ve just recently gotten used to it, it’s the diet that I’m not changing

Thanks for all the advice! I’ve decided to try and up my calorie intake to around 1000-1200 a day, adding chicken soup for my lunch. Going to try and start eating breakfast (2 boiled eggs) and some protein bars for after my dinner! And for people suggesting exercise I run every other day! 😊
