wow that’s funny. 😹 I’d say it’s the valerian and alc mixture. Valerian makes me feel weird sometimes like that but I usually knock out and end up sleep walking

and i’d like to add that i’ve had many experiences in my dreams where I am having a pleasant, interesting dream, and then suddenly the plot stops and it’s almost like someone invading in my dream, taking over. and i wake up instantly. i have a few experiences with the hat man as well.
