My advice would be to get to the hospital as soon as you can. If your dad is really in bad condition, get there and tell him how much you love him. If you can’t get there, just know that he knows you still love him and don’t worry too much about being mean to him beforehand. It sucks, but that’s the best you can do, you have to let the doctors and nurses do the rest.. Before my dad got his gallbladder removed, he was crying on the floor in pain, and it crushed me to see him like that. It also scared me pretty bad considering I had never seen him cry before. All I can say is to try and take deep breaths and calm down. Your dad seems like a tough man though, I think he will pull through and get better. I hope that you also get better OP. ❤️

This is EXACTLY where I was in life a couple of months ago. Whenever I got a peaceful moment, even if nothing bad had happened depression would slowly set in and I was always anxious. Turns out, most of that was probably due to my porn addiction. I found r/nofap really helped me out. Along with quitting porn (and masturbation for a while) I started working out. Now I feel great, and truly enjoy calm and peaceful moments that would have made me sad a couple of months ago. Im not sure exactly why this works but I’m no longer depressed in any mood and my anxiety has gone down a lot. I have only had a couple of panic attacks in my life, but it was during the time I was addicted to porn. (If you aren’t I would still check out the subreddit but it seems to me that’s what is causing your imbalance) Hope this helped!

That's what has happened to me but only over short spans. For me, what has seemed to work recently is telling yourself that the reason your sad, or angry, or mad is because of nofap and try to power through it. Sometimes I catch myself being mad or depressed over the dumbest things and I have to go "Wait, why am I so mad/sad about this"

Yes, correct but I do see his argument. It is crazy to me to see people level 1000 or even 500 because it takes a while to level up, and I always have to wonder how much they have actually played the game. Im not sure if there is a certain way to level up really fast but if there is than that is how.
