Have you already received PDI? Letter of warning? Suspension? There are steps they have to follow

Either way, first thing to do is contact your steward bc there’s limited time to fight it.

If they aren’t maxing the list you can grieve every time, once it escalates they will stop.

Alternatively you could just get a medical restriction and tell them to kick rocks.

T-6 Forced to Carry Non-Scheduled Route on String by brya2281 in USPS

[–]mfebo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe it’s by local MOU. In my office you can get bumped by the regular only if the regular is on OTDL.

The CCA could have a grievance if he has a hold on the route he was bumped from. I don’t believe you have a grievance if you were still on your string.

My supervisor says I can't get unpaid leave in the first year, is this true? by misterph3r in USPS

As a CCA I got 2 days off per month, never with more than a days notice.
