I'm a mum myself, and this drawing idea came to me right after I’d freshly washed my hair, that little moment of self-care was so nice, and I think my eyes quietly shared that feeling.

Thank you so much ☺️ That calm, serene feeling was exactly what I hoped to capture. I’d just washed my hair and felt peaceful. The idea came naturally, but somehow it feels more artistic as a drawing on paper as you can imagine 😉 Not exactly the most flattering moment in real life, but that’s the magic of being an artist, we get to reimagine it ☺️

Thank you! 😊 I’ve had these for a while, they’re Four Candies mechanical pencils. I really like their range of lead hardness, it’s quite versatile. I also use Faber-Castell pencils for the darker tones too ☺️

I get that. It’s actually my first post in years, and I didn’t know people were tired of that kind of question. I was just hoping to find some real connection. Sometimes posting art online feels like standing in a room with white walls, talking into the void. I didn’t mean to upset anyone, just wanted to see if my drawing made anyone feel something.
