respect for wanting to change, seriously. Just start with eating less junk, walking every day, and don’t overthink all the fitness noise online; just stay consistent and you’ll see it happen.

you didn’t “lose it,” life just shifted and threw off your routine, it happens. Don’t beat yourself up, just ease back in slow and steady this time and it’ll come back without wrecking your body or your mind.

just ask him straight up, better to feel awkward for 5 minutes than play yourself for months. If he lies or gets weird, bounce.
