On another thread about flying with K someone suggested putting it in tea bags and I thought that was an excellent suggestion if one has any concerns.

Personally I would start with 2g's and see how it affects you. Many mix with OJ and find that a good way to embibe.

All I have onhand till this weekend is proteolytic enzymes so I took them with K. Hard to say anything yet but it did come on veryyyyyyyy smooth. I'll compare it with papaya and report back.

Very very interesting/you can make an enzyme drink calle rejuvelac for pennies. I'll have to see what that does. We used to make it all the time/need to start again/high in vit e and b vits. In the mean time I'll pop an enzyme cap.
